Apply one canvas rule to a batch of pictures, keep a per-file status, and pack only the files that were really produced.
Worked example
A set needs mixed landscape and portrait photos delivered at one canvas size.
- Drop an 800×400 landscape and a 400×800 portrait photo, then set the canvas to 200×200.
- Choose Fit: the outputs are 200×100 and 100×200, because the canvas follows each picture.
- Choose Pad with white: both outputs become 200×200 and the whole picture stays visible.
Fit sizes vary per file, pad sizes are uniform; both are reported from the real output bytes.
Scope and limits
- Files are processed one after another and a batch can be cancelled; finished items are kept.
- Archive names are flattened to a single level and duplicates get a stable sequence number.
- A target size is not guaranteed: it depends on the picture, the canvas and the format.
- Presets store rules only. They are saved on this device and never contain your pictures.
